## About the Role

* Du kannst Java- und Angular-Code lesen, im Review beurteilen und korrigieren.
 * PostgreSQL solltest du auch schon von innen gesehen haben.
 * Du arbeitest schon agentengestützt und kannst erklären, wie dein Arbeitsablauf aussieht und wo er an Grenzen stößt.
 * Du hast LLM-APIs auch programmatisch angebunden, also Tool Calling, strukturierte Ausgaben, Streaming, und du weißt, was ein Request kostet.
 * Du kannst mit Messwerten belegen, dass eine Änderung am Prompt etwas verbessert hat.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weil unsere Kunden und Workshops deutsch sind.
 * Englisch für alles Technische.

Erfahrung

 * Mindestens zwei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung.
