## Description

In dieser Position verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Infrastructure Services, entwickelst IT-Service-Management-Prozesse und analysierst Kennzahlen zur Verbesserung der Services., * Du verantwortest die Qualität und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Infrastructure Services.

 * Entwicklung unserer Service-Management-Plattform Matrix42 weiter und sorgst für eine optimale Nutzung.
 * Gestaltung, Optimierung & Standardisierung von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen.
 * Du entwickelst Service Levels und KPIs, behältst deren Einhaltung im Blick und leitest Verbesserungen daraus ab.
 * Analyse von Betriebs- und Servicekennzahlen und Umsetzung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen mit den beteiligten Teams.
 * Begleitung der Einführung neuer Infrastructure Services und Technologien.
 * Schaffung transparenter Strukturen und Sicherstellung einer professionellen und serviceorientierten Betriebsführung.
 * Du gestaltest aktiv mit, wie unser Infrastructure Service Management künftig aufgestellt sein wird.
