## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Lead Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Industrieumfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Ökosystem, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Azure und Power Platform
 * Erfahrung in der Definition von Softwarearchitekturen, Entwicklungsstandards, Test- und Reviewverfahren sowie der Qualitätssicherung von Software- und Automatisierungslösungen
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Einführung von Enterprise-Lösungen im Cloud- und AI-Umfeld
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Claude oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Workflow Automation und Robotic Process Automation
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Power Platform (insbesondere Power Automate, idealerweise Power Apps und Power Pages)
 * Erfahrung in der Integration von Unternehmenssystemen über APIs, Microsoft Graph, Datenplattformen und moderne Integrationsarchitekturen
 * Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Governance, Security, Compliance und Datenschutz
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil:

 * Zertifizierungen im Bereich Microsoft Azure, Power Platform oder AI
 * Erfahrungen mit AI Agents, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent-Systemen sowie AI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung
 * Kenntnisse von RPA-Plattformen wie UiPath, Automation Anywhere oder Power Automate Desktop
 * Erfahrung mit Process Mining und Business Process Management
 * Kenntnisse in Fertigungs-, Engineering-, PLM- oder ERP-Prozessen
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau von Citizen-Development-Programmen und Low-Code Governance-Modellen

In dieser Rolle verantwortest du als Solution Architect wesentliche Bereiche unserer Digitalisierung. Du hilfst uns dabei, Mehrwert aus bestehenden und neuen Lösungen im Microsoft-Ökosystem zu generieren - von Microsoft 365 über Power Platform, Workflow Automation und Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bis hin zu modernen AI- und Agentenlösungen., * Beratung von Management und Fachbereichen bei Technologieentscheidungen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben

 * Förderung einer unternehmensweiten AI- und Automatisierungskultur
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von AI- und Automatisierungspotenzialen sowie Erarbeitung von Zielbildern und technologischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen
 * Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-, Power-Platform-, Automatisierungs- und AI-Landschaft
 * Konzeption und Einführung innovativer Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Azure AI Services und weiteren Large Language Models
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Strategie für Workflow Automation und Robotic Process Automation (RPA) sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Automatisierungslösungen mit Power Automate, Power Apps und weiteren Low-Code-Technologien
