 * Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit über Fachbereichsgrenzen hinweg
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und ein gutes Gespür für die Balance zwischen Security, Compliance und Produktionsanforderungen

## Description

* Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung einer sicheren OT-Architektur nach aktuellen Standards (z. B. IEC 62443)
 * Konzeption von Netzwerksegmentierungs- und Sicherheitskonzepten für den gesamten Operations-Bereich
 * Definition von Sicherheitsstandards für SPS-Systeme, Industrie-PCs und OT-Infrastruktur
 * Bewertung von Anlagenänderungen und Software-Releases hinsichtlich Cyber Security und Compliance
 * Erstellung von Notfall- und Wiederanlaufkonzepten zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsverfügbarkeit
 * Übersetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen in praxistaugliche Standards für das Engineering
 * Mitgestaltung sicherer Entwicklungs- und Release-Prozesse inklusive Vulnerability- und SBOM-Management
