## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Controlling; idealerweise konntest du auch Erfahrung im Accounting sammeln.
 * Du möchtest nach einer beruflichen Auszeit wieder Verantwortung übernehmen und dich fachlich neu einbringen.
 * Du arbeitest sicher mit SAP, Konsolidierungstools und Power BI.
 * Du bringst eine analytische Denkweise, hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit.
 * Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

## Description

* Du unterstützt das monatliche Reporting inklusive Erfolgsrechnung, Bilanz und Cashflow sowie die KPI-Analyse für den Konzern.
 * Du analysierst Werteflüsse und Profitabilität über verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche hinweg und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale.
 * Du wirkst bei Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Forecasts mit.
 * Du erstellst Ad-hoc-Analysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen.
 * Du entwickelst Reporting- und Controlling-Prozesse weiter und unterstützt Projekte im Bereich Digitalisierung und Prozessverbesserung.
 * Du bringst deine Erfahrung aktiv ein und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb der Division zusammen.
