As a Digital Collaboration & AI Solutions Specialist, you will help colleagues turn the potential of AI tools into real productivity gains by enabling, training, supporting, and continuously improving how they work. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Collaboration & AI Solutions, you will join a team of 12 specialists responsible for shaping the future of our digital workplace. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and custom-built agents, while also contributing to the ongoing development of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Combining hands-on AI expertise with a strong user focus, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization, helping them understand, adopt, and confidently use new technologies. Your mission is not only to implement solutions but to ensure they create real value for our people and our business.
