You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, understand what they need, review existing approaches and help define the right priorities, KPIs and reporting solutions. You will have a high level of ownership and visibility, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts to shape and manage projects from the initial idea through to implementation. In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, structure requests and translate them into clear priorities, KPIs and actionable requirements. * Analyze existing organizational and reporting structures, identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions together with the business. * Manage projects from initial concept through implementation, including defining objectives, milestones, governance and measures of success. * Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the organization, bringing together business understanding, analytical thinking and a structured approach to decision-making.
