## About the Role

* Erfahrung als Product Owner, Service Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
 * Kenntnisse im Umfeld Identity & Access Management, Active Directory oder Microsoft Entra ID
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Kompetenz, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
 * Erfahrung im Stakeholder-, Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement sowie mit agilen Arbeitsweisen
 * Idealerweise Know-how in Automatisierung und Skripting (z. B. PowerShell, Python oder SaltStack)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

## Description

* Du verantwortest die fachliche, technische und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Active Directory und gestaltest die Produkt-Roadmap sowie das Product Backlog
 * Du priorisierst und steuerst Anforderungen aus Infrastruktur, Informationssicherheit, Compliance, Audit und den Fachbereichen
 * Du verantwortest die Integration und Weiterentwicklung im Zusammenspiel mit Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Management (IDM) und Privileged Access Management (PAM)
 * Du steuerst Security-Initiativen, Audit-Maßnahmen sowie die fachliche Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Du behältst Produkt-KPIs, Budget und Kosten im Blick und leitest daraus fundierte Entscheidungen und Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
