You know software projects and agile development from the inside * You have led teams - and you want to work in a small one where you also do things yourself * You use AI tools and agents to build real workflows - far beyond writing texts with ChatGPT * Fluent German and English - both are mandatory * You live in the EU and have a valid work permit * Reliable: if you say you'll do it, you do it and take ownership to get it done * Structured and confident, and able to juggle several things at once, * Do you live in the EU and have a valid work permit? * Are you fluent in both German and English? * Tell us about a team you led where you also did hands-on work yourself: team size, your role, and what you did yourself in a typical week. * What is your salary expectation (EUR, gross per year) and your earliest start date? ## Description * A large organisation where you only manage * A role where you design processes but never touch the day-to-day yourself * A job where AI tools are "nice to have" Keep reading if you: * have led teams and run business operations - and like being hands-on * think and act in processes, SOPs and systems - and build them AI-first * have run a business or parts of it end-to-end and know what it means when everything lands on your desk * want to take over the operations of a small company and grow your responsibility step by step, I am the founder. I want to reduce my part in the day-to-day business to zero, so I can build and grow new business in two directions: * AI and agentic solutions for business clients beyond our current customer group * our own software products (SaaS) You take over operations as the Integrator (EOS, Gino Wickman), so we can grow the company into these new fields. What you'll do * Build the systems: develop our processes, SOPs and internal knowledge base (aka company brain), AI-first. What can be automated with AI, you automate. * Hold the team accountable: we are 4 people today, looking for 1-2 new colleagues in the coming weeks, plus freelancers and agencies we work with. You set priorities, distribute tasks and give direction on where the focus lies. We define how we work internally and with our clients, and you hold everyone accountable - team members and freelancers alike: tasks get done, goals are met, deadlines and agreements are kept. You hold regular check-ins with each team member, address issues early, and onboard new colleagues. * Run the day-to-day: * answer support requests from end customers and business users * triage the inboxes, cluster tickets, groom and prioritise the backlog * prepare the weekly call with our mobile operator customers: agenda and minutes * answer requests from our customers * coordinate service providers, freelancers and agencies we work with * do quality assurance where needed You report to me. Within the frame we agree on, you decide on everything that concerns operations. As this proves itself, more responsibility and decisions move from me to you.
