* Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Probleme unserer Kunden - telefonisch, per Mail oder Remote.
 * Priorisierung und Weiterleitung eingehender Anfragen an den passenden Ansprechpartner.
 * Dokumentation der Anfragen und Erstellung von Lösungsvorschlägen.
 * Hilfestellung bei Problemen mit Windows-Betriebssystemen, MS Office und Netzwerken.
 * Sicherstellen eines ausgezeichneten Kundenservices - schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert.
