## About the Role

You're an experienced hardware engineer who enjoys taking ownership and solving complex technical challenges., * A Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent through experience

 * At least 5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems
 * Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics
 * Experience with hardware validation, debugging and laboratory testing
 * Familiarity with communication interfaces and processor-based systems
 * Experience of EMC/EMI design principles

## Description

As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you take ownership of the complete hardware development lifecycle of our products, from concept and architecture to validation and industrialization.

You will:

 * Translate product requirements into reliable and innovative hardware solutions
 * Design and develop embedded hardware platforms for next-generation communication systems
 * Multi layer PCB design (up to 12 layers)
 * Component selection /processor platform decisions / high-speed interfaces
 * Direct contact with distributors along with procurement
 * Drive hardware validation, testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability
 * Ensure compliance with EMC, safety and regulatory standards
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to successfully bring products to market
 * Support the transition from prototype to production, ensuring designs are manufacturable and testable
 * Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Share your expertise and act as a trusted technical reference within the hardware team
