## About the Role

* Strong knowledge and experience of one or more of the following SAP modules: SAP Finance, Field Service Management, Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management, Materials Management
 * Experience of working with a heavily integrated SAP environment
 * Understanding of ITIL Service Management, Software Lifecycle management and Release Management

## Description

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
 * Support the investigation and resolution of incidents, defects and problems by the third party support partners
 * Assist with the definition, scheduling and monitoring of changes delivered by the delivery partners.
 * Assist with root cause analysis for recurring issues and suggest preventative measures to be implemented
 * Assist in the testing and deployment of SAP upgrades and enhancements
 * Support teams providing training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient use of SAP systems
 * Review changes to ensure that development is consistent with agreed approach, service design and defined specifications and that cross-platform deliverables are aligned to ensure smooth interaction between systems
 * Work with Solution Architects group and Service Owner to ensure change is transitioned into BAU service effectively and securely
 * Provide support to project teams including managing the delivery of work packages under continuous improvement change programme and contributing to test and delivery plans
