## Description

Bright Bloom Creative is looking for an IT Manager who can lead the technology function while keeping systems reliable, secure, and easy for teams to use. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, solve problems practically, and communicate with people who may not speak fluent IT.

What You'll Lead

 * Oversee day-to-day IT operations, systems, hardware, and user support
 * Manage and prioritize technical support across the organization
 * Maintain reliable network, infrastructure, devices, applications, and user access
 * Lead system upgrades, implementations, and technology improvement projects
 * Establish and maintain IT security, backup, and access-control practices
 * Manage technology vendors, service providers, and external partners
 * Develop IT procedures, documentation, and asset-management processes
 * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement
 * Provide guidance and support to internal users and, where required, IT team members
