From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customer questions are diverse, and no two days are the same. You'll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that's growing rapidly in more than 20 other countries. How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics. Our Focus? Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve how we support our customers. You're the bridge between a signed contract and a customer who actually understands our software, running multiple implementations at once, across retail, hospitality, and logistics, for clients who have nothing in common except that they're counting on you. This is what you'll do You'll lead multiple implementation projects at the same time. You work in a structured, PRINCE2-minded way, but you know when to be pragmatic instead. You're our customers first point of contact for onboarding once the deal is signed. You analyse the customer's situation from the ground up: what's the real question, how are their workflows set up, and which stakeholders need to be involved. From there, you build a realistic project plan based on PRINCE2 principles and keep it on track through every phase, even when the situation shifts along the way. * Run smaller projects independently, and team up with a colleague on the bigger ones * Deliver training to system administrators and end users, explaining complex functionality in a way every audience understands * Visit customers on-site when it benefits the project, representing Dyflexis in a way that fits who we are * Manage stakeholders across the business, from MKB directors to enterprise IT departments * Help shape how the implementation team can work smarter, faster, and more effectively ## Related Videos - [Outsmarting the System: What Game Cheaters Can Teach Us About Cyber Security](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1396-outsmarting-the-system-what-game-cheaters-can-teach-us-about-cyber-security) - [Migrating half a million users to a new payment service provider](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/730-migrating-half-a-million-users-to-a-new-payment-service-provider) - [Coffee with Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/354-coffee-with-developers) - [The weekly developer show: Boosting Python with CUDA, CSS Updates & Navigating New Tech Stacks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1293-the-weekly-developer-show-boosting-python-with-cuda-css-updates-navigating-new-tech-stacks) - [Beyond the Hype: Building Trustworthy and Reliable LLM Applications with Guardrails](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1594-beyond-the-hype-building-trustworthy-and-reliable-llm-applications-with-guardrails) - [Navigating the Corporate Jungle: Life as a Developer in a large Company](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/621-navigating-the-corporate-jungle-life-as-a-developer-in-a-large-company) ## Related Articles - [The Netherlands – Europe’s powerhouse for software development?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/31-the-netherlands-europe-s-powerhouse-for-software-development) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Mastering Remote Work: Tips for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/558-mastering-remote-work-tips-for-developers) - [How to land a developer job in Amsterdam](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/36-how-to-land-a-developer-job-in-amsterdam) - [How to Find Tech Jobs in Amsterdam](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/279-how-to-find-tech-jobs-in-amsterdam) - [Software Developer Salary in The Netherlands [2023]](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/217-software-developer-salary-in-the-netherlands-2023)
