## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektro-, Fahrzeug- oder Informationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Testautomatisierung, Hardware-in-the-Loop-Testing, virtueller Absicherung und Automotive-Validierung.
 * Expertenkenntnisse in der dSPACE-Toollandschaft, beispielsweise mit SCALEXIO, ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, ConfigurationDesk oder Aurelion.
 * Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse sowie ein solides Verständnis von Software Engineering, Testwerkzeugen und Softwarearchitekturen.
 * Sehr gutes Know-how moderner Test- und Validierungsmethoden im Automotive-Umfeld.
 * Kenntnisse aktueller Fahrzeugnetzwerke und Kommunikationsprotokolle wie CAN, CAN FD, FlexRay oder Automotive Ethernet.
 * Erfahrung als technischer Lead, Architekt oder Fachexperte sowie in der Definition von Standards und Best Practices.
 * Eine analytische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir die Zusammenarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projektteams.
