## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration bzw. im IT-Support
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server und Microsoft Exchange
 * Erfahrung im Mobile Device Management, insbesondere mit iPhone, iPad und Zebra-Scannern
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse nach ITIL 4 Foundation bzw. eine entsprechende Zertifizierung
 * Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am direkten Austausch mit Anwendern
 * Hands-on-Mentalität und eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen und Technologien einzuarbeiten

## Description

* Sicherstellung des laufenden IT-Betriebs sowie kompetenter Support unserer Anwender
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Administration und Support unserer Clientsysteme
 * Betreuung der IT-Lagertechnik, insbesondere Drucker und Scanner
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung neuer IT-Lösungen
 * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Active Directory
 * Planung und Durchführung des Client-Lifecycles
 * Betreuung mobiler Endgeräte und Unterstützung im Mobile Device Management
 * Analyse und pragmatische Lösung technischer Störungen und Anwenderanfrage
