## Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

 * Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural decisions for complex machine learning initiatives.
 * Design, build, and deploy scalable, production-ready ML applications, tools, and infrastructure.
 * Establish engineering best practices and standards for machine learning deployment across the organisation.
 * Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and commercial stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.
 * Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, translating sophisticated technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
 * Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to the growth of the engineering team and technical culture.
 * Drive innovation across AI and machine learning projects, ensuring solutions meet both operational and ethical standards.
 * Extensive experience across the full machine learning lifecycle, from model development to deployment and monitoring.
 * Hands-on experience operationalising models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch., This is an opportunity to work on challenging and meaningful AI projects alongside talented engineers and data scientists, influencing how machine learning is delivered at scale. You'll have the autonomy to drive technical decisions, engage directly with clients, and help shape the future direction of innovative AI solutions.
