## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
 * Professional experience of 3+ years with SAP SuccessFactors
 * Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects
 * Solid understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management
 * Proven track record with testing activities and defect management
 * Practical exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activities
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Good communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
 * English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

Nice to have

 * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Workforce Time Management (WFT), Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
 * SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
 * Experience with data migration tools and Microsoft Excel
 * Familiarity with integration and reporting concepts
 * Experience working in Agile project environments

## Description

* Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagement
 * Contribute to configuration support activities across all project phases
 * Execute testing activities and track defects to maintain solution quality
 * Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities
 * Provide post-go-live support and drive issue resolution
 * Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
 * Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements
 * Communicate with stakeholders to collect requirements and share progress updates
 * Coordinate within a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals
