Will be considered a plus: * Proficiency in French * Knowledge of both ITIL and Agile management and delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). * Experience migrating from hybrid to cloud will be considered a plus. * Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, or equivalent, will be considered a plus. In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert for digital workplace, interacting with various departments across the organization, ensuring reliability and efficiency of software deployment and Microsoft 365 services., Join the Digital Workplace & Software Distribution team at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects alongside multidisciplinary teams, including Security, Communications, and Operations, while contributing to process automation and service improvement., You will be a pivotal member of the team, focused on: * Software Distribution and Unified Endpoint Management:Working together with MS Intune and third-party solutions, ensure all the end-user devices (regardless of the OS and platform), are securely and efficiently managed across Verisure. Manage and optimize endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle across all device types, using automation and zero-touch strategies to ensure policy consistency and fleet health. * Microsoft 365 & Entra ID: Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services, including Exchange Online, Office applications, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Viva suite.
