Key Requirements Experience leading data readiness, master data, or data governance initiatives within ERP transformation programmes Strong understanding of data quality, data controls, data ownership, and governance frameworks Experience defining data standards, business rules, and data validation processes Ability to engage with business stakeholders to capture and challenge requirements Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA programmes and associated data requirements Strong project management, planning, and tracking skills Confident, resilient, and able to drive accountability across multiple teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ## Description Working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and externa consultancy partner, you will define data standards, gather and challenge business requirements, help with data controls, and ensure data is fit for migration into SAP S/4HANA.
