Your track record:

 * 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong expertise in .NET/C#.
 * A Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
 * Experience taking technical ownership of backend systems and driving architectural and design decisions.
 * A track record of mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and raising engineering standards within a team.
 * Experience building and evolving large, complex systems with high availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
 * Strong experience with relational databases and cloud platforms.
 * Familiarity with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, secure coding practices (OWASP), automated testing, and maintainable software design.

## Description

* Stay hands-on in the code, contributing to complex features and solving challenging technical problems.
 * Lead technical decisions and establish engineering best practices across the backend.
 * Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and fellow engineers to design, build, test, and deploy high-quality solutions.
 * Coach and mentor backend engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
 * Ensure our codebase remains clean, maintainable, well-tested, and well-documented.
 * Drive integrations with external systems, including authentication, authorization, APIs, and content distribution.
