The role covers the full application lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and operational support. Your missions: * Analyze business requirements and needs. * Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders. * Propose and validate functional solutions with the business. * Define solutions aligned with the IT architecture and end-to-end application landscape. * Act as the liaison between business teams and development partners. * Produce and maintain functional analysis and design documentation. * Follow the development lifecycle. * Perform requirements and functional analysis using established methodologies and tools. * Use UML and Enterprise Architect for analysis activities. * Review technical solutions proposed by development partners. * Ensure the quality of development deliverables. * Manage and coordinate testing activities. * Participate in implementation activities. * Maintain reference documentation. * Coordinate, develop and execute test plans. * Ensure applications meet production quality expectations. * Co-manage applications together with developers. * Analyze, document and follow up defects and bugs. * Support incident and problem management activities. * Provide second-line support.
