Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices is expected. ## Description As Head of AI and Data Solutions within the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) business, you will lead the delivery, operation and evolution of the digital, AI and data solutions that support our global organisation. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Data Solutions, you will turn business priorities into scalable capabilities that improve operational performance, customer value and efficiency. A major focus of the role will be defining and executing AGT's AI transformation roadmap. You will work with senior business leaders, IT, Data and wider Siemens Energy digital organisations to identify high-value use cases, scale successful solutions and embed AI-enabled ways of working across engineering, service delivery, operations and decision-making. You will also lead multiple international teams across systems development, digital operations and software support, ensuring the digital portfolio is well governed, reliable and focused on delivering measurable business value.
