This is a technical hands-on role which requires a broad range of technical skills and overlaps between infrastructure/networking/linux. Utilising automation and infrastructure as code principals you will aid in the development and architecture of both new and existing systems. On occasion, there maybe planned and unplanned out of hours work therefore, flexibility is key. In this role you will be a key member of a small and dynamic global team based primarily in the UK but also other regions, with opportunities to be exposed to new technologies and methods for ensuring reliable and secure IT operations. A TechOps Engineer is responsible for the preparation and support of IT operations solutions and services, physical or virtual. They do so according to industry and organisational best practices, standards, service requirements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the product life cycle.
