* Strong commercial experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
 * Experience building complex, business-critical web applications.
 * Exposure to real-time data, streaming applications or event-driven systems.
 * Experience within financial services, capital markets or electronic trading environments.
 * Exposure to trading platforms, market data systems or analytics applications.
 * Experience with technologies such as Redux, RxJS, AG Grid, WebSockets or OpenFin.
 * Previous involvement in architectural design, mentoring or technical leadership
 * Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimisation and UI design principles.
 * Experience working closely with business stakeholders and end users.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software

## Description

* Design and develop high-performance front-end applications using React.
 * Build intuitive, real-time user interfaces used by front-office trading teams.
 * Collaborate closely with product owners, users and stakeholders to deliver new functionality.
 * Contribute to architectural decisions and drive engineering best practices.
 * Optimise application performance and user workflows across complex, data-intensive platforms.
 * Develop reusable components, shared libraries and scalable UI frameworks.
 * Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through to production support.
