You'll provide leadership across the testing function, embedding quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle while driving continuous improvement, governance and best practice. Working closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, suppliers and business stakeholders, you will oversee test planning, execution and quality assurance activities across a diverse portfolio of technology and business transformation projects. You'll play a key role in supporting B&M's ongoing technology transformation by ensuring robust, reliable and business-ready solutions are delivered across the organisation.
