You'll bring: * Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying Apex classes and triggers within a live production environment. * Experience building Lightning Web Components and maintaining Visualforce. * Strong Salesforce administration skills, including users, permissions, sharing, record types, Flow and validation rules. * Experience integrating Salesforce with finance, operational or other business-critical systems. * Experience managing Salesforce releases through testing, UAT and production deployment. * Strong judgement around when to use declarative configuration and when custom development is appropriate. * The ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical technical solutions. * Strong communication skills, with the confidence to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues. * An organised, collaborative approach and the ability to take ownership of a business-critical platform. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I would be advantageous, as would experience with Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein, Tableau, Salesforce Shield or Event Monitoring.
