This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office., * Do you have technical administration or business support experience within Building Control, planning, housing, regulatory services or a similar local authority service?

 * Have you validated Building Regulations applications, initial notices, amendments, cancellation notices, dangerous structure notices or similar statutory applications?
 * Do you have experience using back-office systems, electronic document management systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite or similar service systems?
 * Have you handled financial administration such as fee calculations, invoices, payment chasing, purchase orders or related service finance tasks?
 * Are you confident dealing with written, telephone and face-to-face customer enquiries in a regulatory or technical service environment?
 * Can you work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office in Hackney?
