* Previous experience in a Software Tester / QA Tester / Test Analyst role, or relevant practical experience.
 * Good understanding of software testing principles and the software development lifecycle.
 * Experience writing and executing test cases.
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to clearly document defects and communicate issues to technical and non-technical colleagues.
 * Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Good written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

## Description

We are looking for a Software Tester to join our team and help ensure our software applications are reliable, user-friendly, and meet business requirements.

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to identify issues, test new features, and support the delivery of high-quality software., * Create and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.

 * Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
 * Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
 * Retest fixes and ensure defects have been properly resolved.
 * Work with developers and other stakeholders to investigate and reproduce issues.
 * Maintain clear and accurate testing documentation.
 * Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile meetings where required.
 * Support continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
 * Ensure software releases meet agreed quality standards.
