Experience: * Public Sector: 4 years (required) ## Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer to define overall testing strategies, provide technical leadership, and oversee testing activities across product teams. In this role, you will champion best practices, guide engineering teams, and drive continuous quality improvements across our digital platforms. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that usability, accessibility, security, stability, and capacity are seamlessly integrated into all end-user services., * Set overall testing strategy and build a strong engineering community. * Lead and mentor test engineering teams on best practices and tooling. * Manage system and acceptance test planning across functional and non-functional areas. * Serve as the main point of contact for resolving critical delivery blockers. * Improve test infrastructure, monitor test suites, and reduce technical debt. * Share reusable libraries, tools, and best practices across teams. * Agree test approaches and progress metrics with senior stakeholders. * Guarantee usability, accessibility, security, stability, and capacity standards., Please ensure your submitted CV has all gaps in employment explained.
