## About the Role

Undergraduate / Bachelor's level (or equivalent) in Security Risk, Computer Science (inc. Cybersecurity), Counter Terrorism, Mechanical Engineering, * Security risk assessment; threat and vulnerability assessment;

 * physical security design principles; crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED);
 * Risk management and mitigation; data analysis and interpretation; research and information gathering; technical report writing; incident and threat analysis; understanding of security standards, guidance and best practice; communication; problem solving and critical thinking;
 * Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Teams; Microsoft SharePoint; Microsoft Outlook;
 * Attention to detail; quantitative and qualitative analysis; presentation skills;
 * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams; strong written and verbal communication skills., Power BI (desirable); AutoCAD (desirable); Bluebeam Revu (desirable); ArcGIS or QGIS (desirable);

## Description

* Conduct crime and security data research and analysis to identify threats, vulnerabilities and emerging security risks.
 * Support the production of Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRAs) and Security Needs Assessments (SNAs) for a range of projects and sectors.
 * Assist clients in defining and developing their operational security requirements and security strategies.
 * Develop proportionate, risk-based security mitigation measures and recommendations to address identified security risks.
 * Contribute to the delivery of security consultancy projects through stakeher engagement, technical reporting and presentation of findings.
