Desirable * Experience of data analysis within a manufacturing or operational environment. * Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another fast-paced production environment. * Experience using reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar. * Awareness of food safety, HACCP, BRCGS or related manufacturing standards. * Relevant qualification in Data Analysis, Business, Manufacturing or a related discipline. ## Description We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting production data to support operational decision-making, improve efficiency and identify opportunities for cost reduction across the business. The role will have a particular focus on transforming production data into meaningful insights, supporting a data-driven culture and ensuring accurate reporting across the site. You will work closely with operational teams to identify trends, resolve performance issues and support continuous improvement initiatives., * Collect, validate, organise and analyse production data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement. * Produce and maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports to support business decision-making. * Monitor production performance and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency, resource utilisation and operational effectiveness. * Support operational teams by investigating production issues and identifying opportunities to minimise disruption and downtime. * Identify and support initiatives that reduce production costs and improve overall business performance. * Work collaboratively with Production, Technical and other departments to ensure reporting supports operational and compliance requirements. * Develop and maintain reporting processes that support a data-driven approach across the business. * Maintain accurate records and ensure production data is readily available to support planning and operational decisions.
