* Je beschikt over hbo werk en denkniveau;
 * Je hebt aantoonbare en diepgaande kennis van AFAS en ervaring met functioneel applicatiebeheer;
 * Je hebt inzicht in P&O processen en het is een pre als je ook ervaring hebt met payroll;
 * Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken en weet veranderingen van idee naar uitvoering te brengen;
 * Je kunt processen vertalen naar een functionele inrichting en bent bekend met testen, autorisatiebeheer en wijzigingsbeheer;
 * Je plant en organiseert makkelijk en communiceert duidelijk met zowel gebruikers als opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders.

## Description

Als Functioneel beheerder HR ben je verantwoordelijk voor AFAS en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere digitalisering van onze P&O-processen. Je vertaalt wensen vanuit de organisatie naar slimme en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen en bent de verbindende schakel tussen P&O, gebruikers, proceseigenaren en ICT.

Je combineert operationeel applicatiebeheer met het leiden van projecten. Van incidenten en wijzigingsverzoeken tot complexe digitaliseringsvraagstukken: je analyseert de behoefte, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen succesvol worden ingericht, getest en geïmplementeerd. Daarbij houd je zowel de technische mogelijkheden als de gebruikerservaring voor ogen.

Je beheert en optimaliseert de functionele inrichting van AFAS en ondersteunt gebruikers bij vragen en incidenten. Daarnaast organiseer en begeleid je acceptatietesten, beheer je autorisaties en zorg je voor een zorgvuldige doorvoering van wijzigingen. Je initieert en leidt ook projecten gericht op procesverbetering en digitalisering. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.

Met jouw analytische blik en projectmatige aanpak draag je bij aan een efficiënte, toegankelijke en toekomstgerichte P&O-dienstverlening binnen de FNV.
