## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or a similar role.
 * Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
 * Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
 * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business processes.
 * Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
 * Strong communication, organizational, and change management skills.

## Description

Working closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization, you ensure successful project execution, drive continuous improvement, and support the organization's digital ambitions.

 * Lead and deliver IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
 * Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
 * Lead, coach, and develop the European IT team.
 * Act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and Global IT.
 * Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
 * Support the implementation of global IT standards, governance, and best practices.
 * Manage external IT partners and suppliers.
 * Contribute to the European IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.
