Experience with Python (preferred for AI/LLM work), R, Java, or Google Apps Script is a major plus. * AI & LLM Curiosity: Practical understanding of how to apply Generative AI, prompt engineering, or LLM APIs to solve everyday business problems. * Process Excellence: Solid foundation in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable). Mindset & Interpersonal Skills * The Educator's Spark: A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and facilitating workshops, with the empathy and humor needed to make adult upskilling fun and frictionless. * Change Leader: Innovative thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to influence, motivate, and guide teams through digital transformation. * Multi-Tasker: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different sites and stakeholders without losing attention to detail. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
