 - Solide expertise sur API design, intégrations, résilience (timeouts/retry/circuit breaker).

 - Expérience concrète de Kubernetes + monitoring en production.

 - Capacité à arbitrer, documenter, communiquer et faire grandir une équipe.

Vous maîtrisez :

 - Java 17/21, Spring Boot 4.1 (Spring Web, Spring Data JPA, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud)

 - SQL + NoSQL, caches éventuels

 - Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps), cloud AWS ou Azure

 - Observabilité : metrics/logs/traces (APM, OpenTelemetry), dashboards et alerting

 - Oracle, Github

 - Python, Git, Perl, Shell Unix sont un plus

## Description

En tant que Tech Lead Java / Spring Boot, vos missions principales sont :

 - Porter le design technique des services (architecture, patterns, conventions, qualité).

 - Cadrer et faire appliquer une approche DDD / CQRS lorsque pertinent (modélisation, découpage, bounded contexts).

 - Concevoir et faire évoluer des APIs (REST) et des traitements batch (Spring Batch) robustes et observables.

 - Piloter les sujets performance (profiling, optimisation, tuning JVM, accès DB, latences).

 - Encadrer l'équipe : revues de code, diffusion des bonnes pratiques, mentorat.

 - Définir les standards : structure projet, gestion d'erreurs, sécurité, validations, tests, versioning d'API, documentation.

 - Garantir la maintenabilité (clean architecture, modularité, dette technique maîtrisée).

 - Co-piloter les sujets OPS (avec un senior dev) : CI/CD, déploiement Kubernetes (Helm), stratégie de scaling (HPA/VPA), monitoring/alerting.

 - Être moteur sur la veille technologique (Java/Spring, design d'API, observabilité).
