## About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an earlier career candidate with a strong electrical engineering foundation and an interest in developing expertise in spacecraft harness design., * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field

 * Strong foundation in electrical engineering, circuits, electronics, and electrical interfaces.
 * Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and interface documentation.
 * Strong attention to detail and interest in precise, hands-on engineering work.
 * Ability to learn new engineering tools and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills., * Experience with Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or another 3D CAD system.
 * Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, or connectivity data.
 * Familiarity with connectors, wires, cables, shielding, grounding, strain relief, or EMI/EMC.
 * Hands-on experience with electronics, PCBs, soldering, crimping, electrical test equipment, or hardware integration.
 * Coursework or project experience in embedded systems, RF, signal integrity, power electronics, or high-speed digital design.

## Description

* Translate schematics, ICDs, pinouts, and electrical interfaces into harness designs.
 * Create harness schematics and 3D harness assemblies using Creo.
 * Develop manufacturing drawings, bills of material, and harness documentation.
 * Support harness fabrication, inspection, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
 * Contribute to harness libraries, design standards, and continuous improvement.
