## About the Role

+ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 + Erfahrung mit Client und Security Themen, ticketbasiertem Support und IT Projekten sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Zusammenarbeit

+ Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung moderner Workplace, Cloud und IT Services im internationalen Umfeld
 + Einführung, Betreuung und Optimierung neuer Systeme, Anwendungen und Technologien
 + Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen im ticketbasierten Tagesgeschäft inklusive Dokumentation
 + Mitarbeit in internationalen IT Projekten sowie eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung kleinerer Teilprojekte
 + Koordination mit internen Ansprechpartnern und externen Dienstleistern sowie gelegentliche internationale Vor Ort Einsätze
