## About the Role

* 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SAP-Beratung oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Planning, Produktionsplanung oder Integrated Business Planning
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Implementierungserfahrung inklusive Customizing in SAP IBP (insbesondere Response & Supply sowie Order-Based Planning) oder SAP S/4HANA PP/DS, ergänzt durch ein fundiertes Verständnis von Supply-Chain-Prozessen wie Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Bestandsmanagement sowie S&OP; Kenntnisse in der Integration zu SAP S/4HANA sind von Vorteil
 * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, KI-Potenziale zu identifizieren, kritisch zu bewerten und gezielt für innovative Lösungsansätze, fundierte Empfehlungen und messbaren Kundennutzen einzusetzen
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Reisebereitschaft

## Description

Als Senior Consultant (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Supply-Chain-Planungsprozesse und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Durchführung komplexer Transformationsprojekte in den Bereichen Integrated Business Planning und Advanced Production Planning and Scheduling.

 * Hands-on Consulting: Du analysierst bestehende Planungsprozesse und entwickelst innovative Lösungen in den Bereichen SAP IBP (Response & Supply und Order-Based Planning) sowie SAP S/4HANA PP/DS.
 * Implementierung: Du übernimmst die Konfiguration, das Customizing sowie die Realisierung neuer Geschäftsprozesse und begleitest internationale Implementierungs- und Rollout-Projekte.
 * End-to-End Planning: Du unterstützt Kunden bei der Optimierung von Lieferfähigkeit, Beständen, Produktionsauslastung und Planungsqualität über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette hinweg.
 * Transformation begleiten: Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Projektteams arbeitest du an Business Blueprints, Prozessdesigns, Tests, Schulungen sowie Cutover- und Hypercare-Aktivitäten.
