This role requires a strong background in both service management and technology, with responsibility for defining and delivering service design artefacts that support successful operational acceptance and long-term service delivery., * Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and service management best practices. * Detailed understanding of: + ITIL processes + ITSM platforms and tooling + Enterprise Management tooling * Experience designing and implementing service management solutions within complex environments. * Knowledge of programme and project delivery methodologies, including: + PRINCE2 + Agile * Experience with process and architecture modelling techniques such as: + UML + BPMN * Understanding of SIAM (Service Integration and Management) operating models. * Experience in requirements mapping and compliance assessment. * Commercial awareness with exposure to Statements of Work (SoW) and project schedules. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and programme teams.
