## About the Role

* Strong understanding of how retailers, brands or category teams use customer insight to make commercial decisions.
 * Strong analytical capability with experience working across multiple customer or retail datasets
 * Ability to transform analysis into compelling commercial narratives
 * Experience producing presentation decks rather than simply reports
 * Excellent presentation and communication skills
 * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple requests
 * Strong stakeholder management skills
 * Naturally curious with a problem-solving mindset
 * Advanced Excel skills

Desirable

 * Experience using audience planning or customer insight platforms (MoreViu, Kantar, Circana, Dunnhumby, Nectar360, etc.)
 * Understanding of retail media
 * Experience with campaign measurement
 * Knowledge of customer segmentation and audience planning
 * SQL or other data querying experience
