Desirable. * Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management. * Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation. * Experience with cybersecurity tools and security best practices. * Experience with ITSM solutions and helpdesk ticketing systems. * Knowledge of ITIL principles or service management frameworks. * Experience working with or maintaining ERP systems.
