Preferred Qualifications * Experience in B2B environments and complex customer projects in the Spanish security market. * Previous exposure to public sector opportunities, tendering processes and regulated environments will be highly valued. * Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to identify, mature and influence commercial opportunities together with sales teams. * Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic thinking and hands-on execution. * High level of influence and cross-functional leadership across business, technology and operations. * Innovative mindset with interest in digitalization, recurring services, data-driven solutions and portfolio evolution in line with market demand. ## Description You will play a key role in shaping the security systems portfolio in Spain. As Product Manager for Security Systems, you will combine portfolio strategy, business development, and technical and commercial leadership to drive growth across strategic markets such as critical infrastructure, data centers, industry, and defense.
