* You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, organizational change, or management consulting.
 * You have expertise in People Transformation, Change Management, and Organizational Design.
 * You possess experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and workforce strategy within large corporate environments.
 * You're experienced in Project Management including PMO governance, milestones, and reporting.
 * You bring strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel for data-driven insights.
 * You're a proactive professional with proven senior stakeholder management skills.
 * You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

 * Background in a Big Four or similar consulting environment.
 * Knowledge of AI impact assessments or HR business transformation.
 * Proficiency in Dutch.

## Description

* Translate strategic workforce insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
 * Support large-scale transformation initiatives and assess their people impact.
 * Establish and maintain governance structures, PMO activities, and project reporting.
 * Analyze the impact of AI and digitalization on jobs, skills, and organizational design.
 * Deliver workforce and organizational analyses using quantitative data and business insights.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation priorities and facilitate decision-making.
