This role sits at the heart of the organization, working closely with the Managing Director and the country management team to define strategic priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives that deliver on our growth and budgetary ambitions. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating business goals into actionable plans and ensuring their successful delivery across teams. Acting as a central connector across functions, you will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, driving transformation, and accelerating performance.
