 * Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im IT-Projektmanagement in einer Rolle als Projektassistenz oder im Projekt Management Office gesammelt.

## Description

In dieser Position übernimmst du die Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projektportfolios, koordinierst Termine, moderierst Workshops und dokumentierst Meetings auf Deutsch und Englisch, während du mit verschiedenen Stakeholder:innen kommunizierst., * Du arbeitest aktiv an der Planung, Administration und Steuerung des gesamten PSA-Projektportfolios mit.

 * Du übernimmst eigenständig die Koordination von Terminen sowie die Organisation von Telefon-/Videokonferenzen, Meetings und Workshops.
 * Du erstellst Dokumentationen, beschaffst die erforderlichen Informationen ein und korrespondierst professionell mit internen sowie externen Stakeholder:innen.
 * Du strukturierst und protokollierst IT-Meetings in Deutsch und Englisch und agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Bereichen und externen Partner:innen.
 * Du moderierst Workshops und wirkst in unterschiedlichen Projekten unterstützend mit.
