What sets you apart * Commercial mindset & ability to grow client relationships * Comfortable advising executives and boards * Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented * Passion for responsible AI and emerging regulations. * Ability to see the bigger picture whereby the AI Act relates to other digital and data regulations. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Manager in AI Governance who can help organizations make sense of the EU AI Act and translate it into something that actually works in practice. You'll operate at the intersection of regulation, business and technology, advising clients on responsible AI, setting up governance frameworks, and guiding them from initial assessment to real implementation. This is far more than a compliance role. You will help organizations unlock the value of AI by translating regulatory requirements into practical, scalable, and future-proof solutions. In addition, the role includes a commercial component, where you will support business development efforts, contribute to client discussions, and help grow the AI governance practice. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, combining content expertise, client advisory and delivering leadership to build long-term AI governance capabilities.
