Du gestaltest den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors aktiv mit und trägst dazu bei, HR Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln. Ein engagiertes Team in Wien verantwortet die Module Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning & Recruiting und sorgt für deren laufende Optimierung. Das Umfeld befindet sich im Aufbau und bietet dir viel Gestaltungsspielraum bei Prozessen und Strukturen.

 * Incident- & Problem Management im 2nd Level Support inkl. Ticketbearbeitung & Fehleranalyse
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Development, Architektur, QA & Projektmanagement
 * Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Kund:innen & Stakeholdern
 * Mitarbeit in Anforderungsworkshops & Requirement Spezifikation
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Releases & Einführung neuer Funktionen
 * Wesentliche Mitarbeit bei Erstimplementierungen neuer SuccessFactors Module
 * Aktiver Beitrag zum Aufbau von Prozessen und Strukturen
