In dieser Rolle bist du Teil des globalen IT Infrastruktur Teams.

 * Übernehmen von first-level Support Tätigkeiten (Hardware, Software, Netzwerk)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Clients (Windows) sowie Peripheriegeräten
 * Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur (On-Premise & Cloud) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Infrastruktur-Team
 * Unterstützung bei kleinen IT-Projekten - z. B. Rollouts, Systemupdates, Standardautomatisierungen
 * Eigenständige Analyse von technischen Problemen
