In dieser Rolle verbindest du agile Zusammenarbeit mit fundierten Jira-Kenntnissen, analytischem Denken und professionellem Meetingmanagement., ¿ 1 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
¿ Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Jira und idealerweise Erfahrung mit eazyBI und Confluence
¿ Strukturierte und verständliche Dokumentationsfähigkeit
¿ Sicheres Moderationsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
¿ Aktives Zuhören sowie ein gutes Gespür für Bedarfe und notwendige Maßnahmen
¿ Analytisches Denken, Lösungsorientierung und gutes Zeitmanagement
¿ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

## Description

¿ Begleitung agiler Prozesse sowie Vorbereitung und Moderation der relevanten Termine
¿ Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Retrospektiven
¿ Pflege agiler Boards sowie Umsetzung sinnvoller Automatisierungen in Jira
¿ Erstellung und Interpretation von Auswertungen mit eazyBI inklusive Ableitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
¿ Dokumentations- und Kommunikationsunterstützung für Projekt- und Subgruppenleitungen
¿ Moderation von Workshops und Unterstützung größerer Gruppen
